Organizational Complexity
Welcome to the Organizational Complexity Management Site oriented to
offer different and
new perspectives for the comprehension and solution of organizational
problems.
Companies have changed a lot in the last years and they need new
perspectives to guarantee
their succesful adaptation in spite of the growing turbulence of the
environment.
That is the main interest that moves me to create this site and the one
that has motivated me
since 1990 to bring new perspectives to business management, from a
more systemic, holistic
and Organizational Complexity Management (OCM) view, instead of
ignoring or atacking it. In fact this has helped such companies as JLD Inc, and MCX Advantage.
In this site, that will be in continuous redesign, you will find
personal views that my years of
experience allow me to recommend for the Organizational Complexity
Managemement. For
that matter I have put for the interested visitors, the chapters of my
book 'Complexity and
Chaos: Guide for the XXI Century Management'. I am also sharing models
and summaries
from this book, wich I hope becomes of utility for further
investigations.
In addition, I will show perspectives from distinguished authors and
worldwide recognized
researchers in the analysis and solution of complex problems.
The complexity theme, even applied in different enclosures, is without
a doubt one of the
biggest challenges for the XXI Century organizations, and trough this
site we are looking to
contribute with our grano de arena in the improvement of the
administration toward the growing
and development of companies.
